Hi everyone!

Welcome back to Bites and Pieces. A place where I share non-dinner related recipes and other bit(e)s and pieces with you.

With the festive season fast approaching, I thought there was no better time to share one of my go-to granola recipes. I make this recipe regularly and the whole family absolutely love it. A jar of this granola would make a great present for Christmas too!

It’s crunchy, sweet (but not too sweet) and feels a bit indulgent. As always, the ingredients are simple and are some of my most used pantry staples! The key to a crunchy granola is the ratio of wet to dry ingredients - but also allowing it to cool completely too. This granola breaks into crunchy clusters which you can have as a quick snack or add to a bowl with yoghurt and fruit for breakfast or even dessert.

Hope you love it, let me know if you try it!

Di xx
