After almost two weeks of feeling under the weather after a nasty flu, I am so glad to be finally out the other side. Spring feels like it is well and truly here now in Hawkes Bay and I am loving the change in season already.
This week I’m sharing a super simple recipe with you that I have been tweaking for a while now. It is an easy Butter Chicken which is packed with so much flavour and really gives that fake-aways feeling. Once you marinate the chicken (which you can do the morning of), there honestly isn’t much more to do other than chop an onion. Maggie has always loved a curry, and this one would be up there with one of her favourites. Hope your family loves this one as much as we do.
