Today I’m sharing my Chicken & Leek Pie recipe which is one of my favourite comfort foods. I love how this recipe comes together in one pot and once you’ve done all the chopping, it requires very little effort in just 3 simple steps! The vegetables and chicken simmer in bone broth in one pan and once you have covered it with pastry - it’s in the oven for less than 30 minutes. It is really nourishing and packed with goodies. This will be a great dish whether you currently are in winter or enjoying summer!
