Welcome back to What’s For Dinner!
Is it just me or are the weeks’ absolutely flying by at the moment?! I’m a day ahead of myself (for a change), so thought I might as well send my newsletter out a day early for anyone who is craving a good chilli!
I feel like every family needs this kind of recipe in their repertoire. I know how hard it can be to make a meal that everyone in the family loves. With this chilli, there’s something for everyone. It’s easy to throw together, the sauce is seriously tasty and it’s a meal that you can customise to suit different preferences. This is a great one to serve family-style as well - where everyone can pick and choose their toppings which can really help to get little ones involved!
This recipe is also a great one to batch cook and fill your freezer with. It reheats really well which makes it a perfect mid-week meal to heat and eat after a busy day. If you don’t have time to serve it with rice, you could easily add the chilli to wraps, or have it on its own with some toppings! Delish.
The step-by-step method for this recipe, my 5-day Meal Plan as well as the Grocery List are included below.
As always, I love seeing your creations and hearing your feedback about what recipes you are enjoying and which ones you’ve been making lately - it helps me so much when planning out this newsletter!
Happy cooking & I’ll see you here next week,
Di xx
