Welcome back to What’s For Dinner!
This week I’m sharing one of my most popular recipes which some of you may be familiar with if you’ve been following along for a while now. I’ve been making this chickpea curry recipe for almost a decade now and recently have given it a bit of a glow up. It’s one of those recipes you will want in your dinner rotation. It’s easy to make, full of flavour, packed with nutrients and is really cost effective. My kids loved this curry when they were babies and still love it years later (well, most of the time anyway). Serve with rice or naan bread and a side sliced cucumber or roasted cauliflower is amazing with it too. This curry freezes well which makes it a great meal to fill your freezer with!
The step-by-step method, my 5-day Meal Plan as well as the Grocery List are all included below.
Some of you have reached out recently with feedback for this newsletter which I always love and find really helpful. So if you have any feedback on what you want to see more of this year or any particular recipes you’d love to see, feel free to let me know!
Happy cooking & I’ll see you here next week,
Di xx
