Welcome back to What’s For Dinner!

How are we all doing now that December is here? I feel like time has suddenly sped up and the to-do list is longer than ever.. I’m sure you can all relate! So for this weeks’ recipe, I’ve created a super quick and seriously tasty pasta dish which requires very little effort. Once you’ve prepped your ingredients, this meal will be on your table in 20 minutes. As always, it is family-friendly, full of flavour and will leave you wanting to go back for more. My 4 year old who is definitely on the fussier side at the moment absolutely loved this one - I hope your family enjoys this as much as we did!

With Christmas fast approaching, I thought I’d share some more festive/entertaining recipes alongside the Meal Plans over the next few weeks. I’m thinking a salad for BBQs, a decadent cake (perfect for Christmas dessert) as well as a quick and fresh pasta for a late lunch or dinner. How does that sound?

Have a great week & see you back here next Friday,

Di xx
