Welcome to this weeks’ edition of What’s For Dinner!
Before we get into the recipe, I wanted to thank you so much for being here and for supporting my work. I am loving sharing these recipes with you and hearing how much it is helping you plan your family dinners for the week!
You guys seem to be loving the under 30 minute meals, and so do I. We’re all busy, so dinners needs to be achievable. This pasta dish comes together with seemingly simple ingredients, but when combined, they are a match made in heaven. Honestly, you might want to lick the bowl. You’ll have this on the table in less than 30 minutes and I’m sure it will become a regular request from all members of your family.
I often prefer to cook with chicken thigh over breast. Even though it can take a little longer to cook, I find it more flavoursome and tender. Chicken thighs are also higher in iron than breast which is another bonus of cooking with them.
