This meal is one of those ones I could eat every day of the week. It’s fresh, tasty, balanced and packed with protein. Once you’ve prepped the ingredients, it comes together easily and quickly. If you have any leftovers, it is amazing the following day for lunch too! My kids absolutely love this meal (although full disclosure they have tomato sauce with their meatballs because, well, toddlers).
