This weeks’ recipe

This week I’m sharing a versatile wee number to add to your dinner rotation over winter. It’s comforting, delicious and goes with just about anything. Getting vegetables into my two at the moment is a bit of a challenge, but they do love these “cheesy potatoes”, and I’m not opposed to sneaking in a few veges into a sauce if I need to.. The result is a super creamy sauce oozing over the tender potatoes that your whole family will love.

I served this with some sausages we had in the freezer as well as a salad greens with a balsamic and olive oil dressing - it was so simple, and SO YUM for a cosy weekend meal. The gratin would also be amazing with steak, lamb, Crispy Roast Chook or even alongside my Brisket recipe. A great dish to have up your sleeve if you’re having people over or for a potluck!

You’ll find my the step-by-step method for this recipe, 5-day Meal Plan as well as the Grocery List to go alongside it below.

Happy cooking & I’ll see you here next week,

Di xx
