Welcome back to What’s For Dinner! Hope you’ve all had a great week with good food and sunshine.
This weeks’ recipe is a banger and one you’ll definitely be wanting to add to your dinner rotation. It’s packed with flavour, uses simple ingredients and is incredibly versatile. It’s one of those meals that takes very little effort to put together using one pot, which then you can set and forget. Perfect for the whole family (even babies starting solids) which makes enough for two dinners - cook once, eat twice. If you are a fan of my Slow Cooked Beef Brisket, you’ll love this Mexican Pulled Beef one too! You can serve it in tacos, nachos, wraps, with steamed rice and toppings of choice..the options are endless.
The step-by-step method, my 5-day Meal Plan as well as the Grocery List are all included below.
Happy cooking & I’ll see you here next week,
Di xx
