There are many ways to make a chicken soup, however, I swear by this method for getting as much goodness and flavour in as possible. This recipe uses a whole chicken which creates the most nourishing and flavoursome broth. Full of all the minerals and nutrients you need if you or your family is under the weather - this soup is like a healing hug. Perfect to stock up your freezer with over winter or for a postpartum mum!
