This weeks’ recipe
This week’s recipe is an absolute classic. Schnitzel is nostalgic for me - I remember so clearly my mum making it for us each week when we were growing up. I can still picture the plates all laid out on the bench as she crumbed each piece.
This version is nutritious and delicious and is sure to be a family favourite. If you’ve ever been intimidated by schnitzel, don’t be. This recipe is super easy to follow and the result crispy chicken which is super juicy. A great meal when you’re feeling like something cosy! Hope you love this one as much as we do.
