This weeks’ recipe

This week’s recipe is an absolute classic. Schnitzel is nostalgic for me - I remember so clearly my mum making it for us each week when we were growing up. I can still picture the plates all laid out on the bench as she crumbed each piece.

This version is nutritious and delicious and is sure to be a family favourite. If you’ve ever been intimidated by schnitzel, don’t be. This recipe is super easy to follow and the result crispy chicken which is super juicy. A great meal when you’re feeling like something cosy! Hope you love this one as much as we do.

Sunday - Chicken Schnitty with mashed potatoes, slaw & broccolini

Monday - Ultimate Bolognese with roasted broccoli

Tuesday - Teriyaki Salmon Noodles

Wednesday - Dahl with roast potatoes or leftover Bolognese

Thursday - Greek Chicken Tray Bake with pita breads & tzatziki


Prep time: 10-15 minutes

Cook time: 20-25 minutes

Serves: 4-5 (2 adults, 2-3 little people)
