Welcome back to What’s For Dinner & hello to the new faces who have joined over the past week - I hope you love it here! If you haven’t checked out the 5 top recipes on What’s For Dinner this week, here they are below:
This weeks’ recipe
This recipe is for the parents who struggle to get greens into their little ones, and honestly, I’m struggling to get greens into my kids at the moment! This recipe is super simple to make, will be on your table in less than 30 minutes and tastes absolutely delicious.
Pesto is always a safe bet for my two toddlers, so I’ve elevated the sauce to pack as many nutrients in it as possible! The veggies are hidden away in the creamy pesto sauce to give you peace of mind. If you want to add more protein, shredded chicken breast is an easy option. I usually use leftovers from our Sunday roast! Hope you love this one as much as we do.
The step-by-step method, 5-day Meal Plan as well as the Grocery List are all included below.
Hope you all have a gorgeous Mother’s Day on Sunday and take the time to celebrate how amazing you are (and all the mother figures in your life). If you haven’t already, enter my Mother’s Day giveaway before it closes! I’ve partnered with some beautiful New Zealand brands and am giving away an annual subscription to What’s For Dinner!
Happy cooking & I’ll see you here next week,
Di xx
