This week’s recipe - Nourishing No-Bake Caramel Slice

I made this caramel slice a few weeks ago, and have been making it on repeat ever since! What I love about it is that it’s made with whole foods, pantry staples and won’t send your blood sugars on a rollercoaster. Perfect for busy parents and especially for a postpartum mum who needs nourishment and little something to look forward to.

So this weekend, set aside some time to prep this slice and keep it in the freezer for a sweet and nourishing treat whenever you need it. If you do share this one with your kids, be warned, they will gobble it up quickly! Hope you love this one as much as we do.

You’ll find the step-by-step method for this recipe, a 5-day Meal Plan, and the full Grocery List below.

Happy cooking & I’ll see you back here soon. Let me know what you’re after next week, I'm thinking the tray/bake one pan recipe?

Di xx
