Morning guys & happy Friday,

Welcome back to What’s For Dinner & hello to the new faces who have joined over the past week - I hope you love it here! If you haven’t checked out the 5 top recipes on What’s For Dinner this week, here they are below:

  1. Teriyaki Salmon Noodles

  2. Slow Cooked Beef Brisket

  3. Honey Soy Chicken Bowls

  4. Veggie Packed Bolognese

  5. Thai Red Curry

This weeks’ recipe

It’s probably no secret that I love a good curry. This Tikka Masala tastes like the real deal. It is packed with flavour, gut-loving ingredients and can be enjoyed by the whole family. The veggies are hidden away in the creamy and sweet sauce, which is perfect for little one’s who may be on a veggie strike! Pair with steamed rice and/or naan breads, and you have a quick curry up your sleeve when you need it.

The step-by-step method, my 5-day Meal Plan as well as the Grocery List are all included below.

Happy cooking & I’ll see you here next week,

Di xx
